For most people, tablets are generally considered easy to take. They are measured to an exact strength and are generally easy to swallow. Powders, on the other hand, are more concentrated and are therefore recommended when large amounts of nutrients are needed. Powders are also more economical and are easy to take for people who have trouble swallowing tablets. Powders must be mixed with liquid before they are taken. It is also suggested to take tablets with liquids.
